Shipping & Returns Conditions


Your package will be delivered to the address you request within 3 business days after your order is approved.

In exceptional circumstances such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, insurrections, popular movements, nuclear risks and dangers, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire situations, official and administrative holidays and from buyers (not in the address, recipient has moved to another address, etc.). the delivery time and conditions may vary.

The follow-up process will start when your order is cargoed. You can reach to the cargo tracking number required to follow your order by clicking on the "WHERE IS MY CARGO" button in the "My orders" section under the title of my account menu.

You can receive your order from the cargo officer by showing an official ID.

Please open the cargo box when you receive your product and make sure the contents are complete and undamaged. In case of any malfunction, return the product to the cargo officer with a copy of the record. Our Customer Service will help you.

If you are not found in the address during the delivery, the delivery will be made to the person at the delivery address of your order after checking the picture ID and getting the signature.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the cargo authority will leave a news note to you. In case of leaving a news note, the cargo authority will not be visiting the same place the second time. Within 2 days you have to call the Customer Service of the Cargo Company and specify that you can receive the order from the cargo branch and receive it.

After ordering, recipient cannot be changed.


Sales made through fall into the category of "Remote Sales" and are subject to the provisions of the "Law on the Protection of Consumers" and the "Regulations on Distance Contracts." The issues of returning the purchased products should also be considered within the scope of this Law and Regulation.

If you want to return your ordered product after receiving it for any reason what you need to follow and what you should know is as follows:

We ask you to fill in your return request form on the back of your order invoice within 14 (fourteen) days following the day your order arrives to you, and send it back to İKİKIZ within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately we do not accept refunds in reports that exceed 14 days.

You must return the product with the original invoice (otherwise your return will not be processed), the package must be undamaged, unused and you must send back with the correct address of İKİKIZ included.

The box of the product, the packaging, if any, standard accessories should be found in a complete and undamaged form in the package you return to us.

You must send the return product by our contracted company MNG KARGO to the correct address in the recipient name of EMA TEKSTİL to Altıntop mah. 1522 sok. No:13/C Kent Ofis Kat:1 Merkezefendi / Denizli Türkiye

If the product will be sent with another cargo company other than MNG Kargo, the shipping fee must be paid by the sender. If the product is returned by another cargo company other than Mng Kargo, the shipping cost will not be covered by Ema Tekstil Konfeksiyon.

Prior to approving your return, the product-related review is carried out by our "return unit". If the product you want to return is found defected, you will be approved and payment made on your credit card will be sent back or deposited into your account if you have made a transfer or eft payment.

After the return is approved, you will be notified of the status information about your return by e-mail and we will refund your product fee. If you made the payment by money order / eft, your return will be made within 3 business days. However, you must accurately and completely report your bank account information to our site authorities. If you paid by credit card;Depending on your bank's processes and applications, your credit card may take an average of two to three weeks to complete. This process is a special application of each bank and İKİKIZ has no right to intervene in this process. You can get detailed information from your bank regarding the delay in the refund process.

Special Conditions

When your order is delivered, you must open the package and check the product with the cargo authority. It is very important to do this especially in crushed, torn, opened or wet packs. In case you encounter a problematic product, you should not let the package be delivered, make sure that the cargo authority keeps a record of the cargo's and and that company return it to us.

Products whose original packaging is damaged, destroyed or damaged due to use in any way are not accepted.

The customer is obliged to return the product with the condition that it received the product and to pay for the commercial loss caused by the use.
