    Do I need to create an account to place an order?

    No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account is optional and allows you to track
    orders and save your details.

    Are prices inclusive of tax?

    Prices include VAT for EU orders only. International orders may be subject to customs duties

    No. Items are only secured once checkout is complete. If an item sells out, you will be

    We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

    Yes. Bank transfer (EFT) is available for EUR payments only.

    Yes. Card details can be securely saved through our payment provider for faster checkout on

    Do you offer cash on delivery? What currency is used online?

    No. Cash on delivery is not available.

    Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Final charges are processed in the
    currency selected at checkout.


    How can I use a gift card or gift voucher?

    If you have a valid gift card, add the item you wish to purchase to your cart. Enter the gift
    card code in the Discount Code field at checkout and click Apply. The value of the gift card
    will be automatically deducted from your order total.



    Do you accept returns?

    Yes. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and returned within 14 days of
    delivery.


    How do I start a return?

    If you have an account, submit a return request through your account dashboard.
    If you checked out as a guest, please contact customer support for assistance.


    Do you offer exchanges?

    No. We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.


    How long do refunds take?

    Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval. Please note that bank
    processing times may vary.


    Who covers return shipping costs?

    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be
    faulty or damaged.

    Please contact customer support with clear photos of the issue. If approved, the item will be
    refunded or replaced at no additional cost.

    Return addresses are shared based on your location. Please refer to our Returns Policy for
    the correct return address before sending your item.


    Can I return an item purchased from a stockist?

    No. We do not accept returns for items purchased from one of our stockists. Please contact

    Orders are shipped from one of our warehouses depending on product availability and your

    Will I receive tracking information?

    Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

    Address changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us
